  Colby United Methodist Church feels very warm and welcoming. My experience as I entered the building was of two people greeting me with a handshake and a "Good Morning thank you for coming". I was handed a bulletin and offered to be shown around the church. I was very comfortable while being shown the santuary, sunday school rooms, the pastors office, the restrooms and the fellowship hall. While I was being shown around I was greeted by several others with a warm welcoome and a smile. I was told there isn't assigned seating, this was a good to know as I was afraid of sitting some whare I wasn't supposed too.
  When the service started the pastor welcomed all new visitors, that was a nice gesture. I was also invited to join them for refreshments and food after church. The service was shorter than I expected and the folks smiled a bunch. I felt like they cared for me and didn't even know who I was. I joined them for the snacks after the service and it was a good time. I left Colby with a good feeling and I'll return in the future. Thank you
